26th August - Home time!

Can you believe I go home tonight - I cant its been just so full on and so quick!

So to make the most of today we got up and Kirst dropped the kids off to school and came back and got me - which I was most greatful for! I was SO tired!

Got to Carrindale about 9.10am and didnt have to leave until 2pm - perfect.

So today is the day I probably went to far in the shopping scale of things...

Went to Myer tried on a few nice things there and fell in love with a nice dressy top that is made for petites - ok I know your thinking but Dal your SO not petite! Haha, its more petite - meaning short people. So this top is really nice but it was exie at $80 so hopefully I wear it lol. I got another black casual top from there too really like it. Then went onto Target and got Dean some lollies and I found another top there - but decided against it, because I did have one similar - so was quite proud of myself! Went and had pedicures they were devine, I shouted Kirst hers for everything she has done for me :)

Got some more Britney Spears perfume cause I had run out - now I didnt buy it because it was Britney I brought it originally because it smelt quite nice but I LOVED the pink bottle, now I just really love it for summer because its such a sweet candy type smell, I wont buy it again though I do that fall in love with one buy it again and then move on lol.

Still hadnt really found anything to give to Dean until I walked into a shop that finally sold kombis, I hit the jackpot. I got him a kombi plaque, coffee mug, beer cooler thing and a miniture kombi van that has a keyring on it - and a clock perfect! I also got myself there a D keyring that is all blingy - I LOVE it.

So thank god I finally found something for him, because I was beginning to get a wee bit over shopping (I know did I just say that), so had some lunch had a little more look around (I think that is all that I brought today) and then we walked past Neopleon counter - so I decided to get the brush for the powder - oh crap I forgot to say that I had brought that yesterday oops, its like this powder that goes over your makeup thats called camera finish, and you really need the brush to go with it as I discovered when I got home, so brought the brush for $55 as you do (ouch) and then decided that incase you couldnt get Neopleon at home - I would get the blusher now too, because it was really nice. So I got that too at $50 - ok that was the final purchase that pushed me over the limit, I suddenly felt sick, I really had spent a lot in 3 days, not including the week before I even got to Oz how much I had spent. Eeeeek, dont really want to think about it, its only money right?!

Kirst dropped me off at the airport about 2pm because that way she wouldnt get stuck in traffic going back to get the kids, which was a good call. So I just chilled out at the airport for a couple of hours before I had to check in, wasnt to sad saying bye this time because it was like see you in a few months! Lol. Next time will be sad though.

Now I dont know if this is karma or what but my flight home was terrible, horrible even. First we were delayed by 30 minutes which wasnt TO bad, I had an exit seat which was awesome ment I had heaps of room which was great - but then the guy sitting next to me came and sat down and he stunk. He really stunk bad. Ugh. And he was busy writting away a letter to his Mum about why he didnt like her - and he proceeded to tell me everything. Hmm. Between his lisp and his bad BO - things where not looking good for me! I pretended to sleep for a while which was good but the only way I could really get away from his smell was to put my face on the fold out tray thingy and face the other way - so I did. And I did actually get some sleep! Would have looked bloody funny for those walking past though hahaha oh well. So the flight was going ok until 1/2 an hour before we were due to land. Then it got rough really really rough and sooooo bumpy. They told us we were going to experience some turbulance - but hell that was turbulance and a half! Was very scary. I just kept thinking that thank god Dean wasnt with me because he would have HATED it.

Finally arrived and I was straight on the mission to get through customs first and out that door and I was! Was great, I text Dean when we landed and by the time I got my bag and went through he had just pulled up - perfect timing. Was so so nice to see him.

Im home and it feels great x
