10th August - I feel crap


I feel absolut crap. Absolutly utterly crap.

So tired and my skin is ugh and I just cant be bothered doing anything.

Help. I need a kick up the butt NOW.
ETA - I had lollies at lunchtime...got to be honest.

Bugger me! I go away for the weekend and what happens!
Remember there will always be bad days - these will pass.
You're prob feeling so crap due the the McDs overdose.
Fast foods have stuff in them that makes you feel great (for a while) and then terrible when you don't re-fuel from the same pump (IYKWIM)...you're having withdrawls I'm afraid.
There's nothing to do but suck it up and work through it. And you need to work through it. I hope you have a good work out planned today, if fact not just today, for the rest of the week.
You need to get back on your 'good living/healthy eating' high. Lone Star and Mc Ds have totally gotten you back in your 'old' groove.
BREAK FREE! You can do it Dal - you have done so well so far. You are nearly there. Keep focussed and you WILL make it. I know you can!

Your right it is because of the bad food - I have a headache and feel terrible terrible terrible! Ugh.

I do have a good work out planned - to be honest I was going to not go today, I thought meh I feel crap I'll give it a miss, I guess nows the time when I should be going ok pull finger do it.

So E, how do I manage to shake this off AND pull free?

GO TODAY! Do not let ANYTHING stop you.
How do you pull through? You get pig headed and stubborn! NO-ONE else can do this for you. You have to pull yourself along and DO IT.
This could the moment where it all turns to crap, or the moment when it all works...when you realise you don't want to go back to the old ways and you want to keep your new lifestyle (and shape).
There will be plenty more times like this, but you need to get back on the horse (as it were) and take control. Or, go back to where you were...it's your choice.

Go and do some exercise.. I am heading out for a walk tonight, even tho i feel like shit.. Not to sure whats up LOL

Your right it is up to me - and I dont want to be feeling like this every day - I want to be feeling GREAT like I was! Confident, fit, fun, energetic, excited - that is only some of the many cool things Ive felt over the last few weeks, so back on track RIGHT now. As in right right right now.

Brooke were doing a HARD out training tonight girl! Lol.

I dont know what Id do without you guys x
