25th August - Pink!!!

Ignore my hair I had to tie it up because I knew it would be hot there!

So today was the best day ever!

Started the day early by going to a Dayspa with Kirst. She had a facial while I had my hair cut off - and I mean cut off!

What an amazing place though, when I got my hair washed they spent AGES relaxing my head and you sit in these amazing leather seats it was so cool. Very cool.

So had the big cut really loved it, then she was doing the fringe bit and I said to go a bit shorter cause I wasnt happy with the way it was sitting, bit of a mistake as now I dont know if I like the fringe bit - oh well it wont be this short for long! They then used GHD to put some loose curls in it. I shouldnt have done that part because it was $15 Australian and it looked ok but I liked it better before she did them and they didnt really last long but oh well was nice to just be pampered!

Then after my hair cut and Kirsts facial she then got her hair blow dried straight man it looked nice! We then got complimentry makeup done. How cool is that! It is very simple just foundation, mascarra and lips basically - but so nice to walk out of there feeling great! The makeup was Neopleon or something and yes I was sold. I brought the foundation, the pre foundation stuff that makes your foundation last longer (ok maybe went a bit over the top buying that but hey I was on holiday) and the lip gloss. Was going to get the blusher - but felt Id spent quite a bit already...

So out of there feeling amazing! Went down and had lunch at a place called Sushi train - what a wicked cool idea it is, you sit up at the table thing and then these plates come past you with different sushi on them and you choose what you want so you take the plate and all the plates are different colours so at the end they work out how much to pay. The first one I grabbed wasnt that nice, but it came better - I think it was just getting use to the different flavoured sushi if that makes sense - like their rice tasted way different than ours? I think Kirst thought I was being fussy - but it did taste different and once I got use to it it was good! Then the train was coming around and I saw strawberries that were drizzeled in chocolate - so had to have one of those! So nice. So that was great fun!

Next Kirst went and picked Soph up from School and took her to ballet lessons, over the road from Ballet is a mall - so I went in there while Kirst went to ballet with Soph. What a great trip that was for me - I brought a top from Katies I know an old school shop but it was a singlet (that Im wearing in the photo) and was really nice on so I got it, then went to Crossroads - I LOVE that shop and I brought 5 tops yes 5. But they are all so nice! And as you know I struggle to find tops because of my tummy - but I loved them all so got them all! They are all kind of the same style with the thick band at the bottom and then a little puffy - some are quite casual and some bit more dressy, nothing really really dressy though. I'll take some photos soon - promise! I also got a plain black tshirt top with a thick waistband from Kmart was only $15 so that was a score too! Crossroads joined me up as a VIP - and I saved 10% off everything as you do lol.

Concert time - wow wow wow wow and wow. Firstly the venue holy crap, what a massive massive massive place. The traffic was insane and the people were even insaner! There was quite a few lesbians there too which was crazy! We had standing tickets, so got some tea at the venue and then went in just as Evermore where singing there last song, we got quite close about 5 rows from the front. The atmostphere was amazing and Pink hadnt even come out yet!

So we waited about 30 minutes and out she came, omg she is beautiful absolutly utterly beautiful. I had no idea that in real life she was that amazingly beautiful - honestly she is beautiful.

Now her show - that is the one word to describe it her show - was out of this world. She came out and did 4 of her BIG hits straight off, I couldnt believe it 4 in a row! Was amazing. She did acrobats and all sorts, was truly amazing. I think even if you didnt like her music you would still have a great time because it is a show and man does she put on a great show. The place was pumping - heard heaps of people say cant wait for Britney now etc - and I was thinking me to! We are sitting at Britney - so will be interesting to see the venue in a different light. I thought Britney would have been heaps better than Pink - but now after seeing Pink it will be a big call for Britney to top that!

Sooooooo tired, but so worth it - off for a HUGE sleep!
