After a LONG time off the band wagon Im back on it - finally.
Why oh why do I give up after Ive done so well?! I seriousy dont know. I start to get comments and rather than letting it motivate me more I give up. Stupid really.
But doesnt matter because Im now back on track!
Todays weigh in wasnt great - but Im glad I did it.
Im now at 86.
So my goals for this week are by next Monday 3 x 40 min walks, 1 step class and 1 game of netball - so I'll focus on that this week and think of a reward for myself if I manage to do it - which of course I will! Power of positive thinking remember!
Ps/ I need to set some new rewards dont I!

Thanks Megs, it really really really helped me and I thought this time I might share it with some more people who are on the same challenge as me - because lets face it weightloss is a bloody hard challenge! So hopefully we can all motivate each other etc. Your the best Megs x
