Can you believe my original baby nephew is now 9?! And my new baby nephew is 4! WTF! Hes at school next year! Crazy eh.
Feeling ok, just bit down really about the scales yesterday! And feeling SO tired, think its to do with the pizza and stuff from the other day, just feeling bloated and not as good as I have been.
I was naughty today and had chocolate licorice! Not a lot but enough to make me kind of wish I didnt have it. Well sort of - I did enjoy it ;)
Feel like I havent been working as hard this week, I havent been doing my fitness routine 5 x a day for the last 2 days, so I need to get back into it. I was quite sore so just stopped - silly!
Had an ok training last night, didnt really have a HUGE sweat up though which was a shame.
Love Dean hes being such a sweetie, really loving life at the moment, just need to lose a bit more - I REALLY want to get to my goal for Aussie! NEARLY there only 1.5kgs to go - but now only 2 weeks eek.

- Last year I lost 15.7kgs - this year I have put on 8kgs. Great. Its now going though! Sooo time for an update, this year I lost 24kgs and have put back on 7 - it is coming off by Christmas - I promise you that!

Get back into your exercise - this will be the sthing that is making the difference. As posted before the closer you get to 'goal' the harder it will be to shift. Eating well MUST be combined with exercise if you want to get there.
You are sooooo close now. Just keep focused and you will do it! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
