
Man have I done some shopping this last week. And today was no exception, went for a manicure with Dean's Aunty this morning and man it was nice! And we continued on and I brought some really nice clothes, scarves, necklaces, bras etc! Was all stuff I needed. Was nice to get things in a smaller size!
Although, if I keep up the no exercising and bad eating I wont be in the smaller size!
How do I do this, it sux being sick I dont feel like exercising at all :(
Was suppose to be going out for tea tonight with a few of the netball girls, but Im feeling so crap with this flu that Ive had to give it a miss :(

It is understandable that when you're sick you don't to exercise. It is your body's way of telling you it needs a rest. And rest is good. So allow yourself some rest...but realise that as you're resting your body needs less fuel, so cut down on the food intake. And most importantly once you're feeling better, get back into the fitness, slowly is good, but just remember to get out there again.
I cannot stress enough that when you are sick you need to eat less crap...this is easier said than done I know, but soup is a great sick food and low in points etc...
