Ok so I brought new scales and got on them today to see the damage - holy crap 800gms. Shit. Ok. Ok. Breath. Deal with it and move on.
Ok. Guess postives out of it is - at least it wasnt more?!
Ok lets be serious. Im ready for this - Ive got to lose 2.1kgs in 1.5 weeks plus next week is the week before AF. So I know Im pretty much pushing shit uphill! BUT I want to feel GREAT for when I go to Aussie so Im going to give it my best shot thats for sure.
I still feel like absolut crap, my skins gone bad and MAN I am so so tired. So tired. My eyes are all drainy too. Man its hard to believe that 3-4 days bad food would do this to you eh! But it has, so I need to pickup and move on.
Anyway, back in on it today in full force - Im guessing its going to take a few days of me being 100% good to start feeling better again? What do you think? Doesnt help that in the mornings I feel pretty crap sore throat etc. Its happened the last 2 mornings. Early night for me thats for sure!
Moving on from weight stuff, heres my new shoe rack and some of my new shoes! Im REALLY loving a couple of pairs, that are dressy but have a smallish heel - which was exactly what I wanted yah.
Right onwards and upwards right?

Great shoes!
Dal, there is only UP from here...you'd done the down, now every day will get better!
It will be hard, but you've done hard stuff before. And when you look back on this moment you will be so proud of yourself (and equiped with the tools to NEVER let it happen again!).
You've got a hell of a battle ahead of you, BUT it is possible. Honest. Make sure you exercise lots, eat well and most importantly DRINK HEAPS OF WATER...all the salt in the processed food you ate will be making you retain water, the best way to get rid of excess water is to flush it with more water. So, drink as much as you can (like 4 L a day if poss) and you should see a massive difference in a few days.
Glad to see you back on track!
