I am SO tired, when I got home from the netball last night I stayed up to watch another game of netball because it was a do or die game. The Firebirds where playing the Fever and if the Firebirds won by more than 10 then it ment that the Steel would be knocked out of 4th place meaning no semifinal for them next week - the firebirds where up by 7 with 15 minutes to go - BUT only won by 2, so that means the Steel are in the semis - Im so excited.
The netball was great last night really enjoyed it, Temepara George is just bloody amazing. I was kind of cheering for her as well as Canterbury - just because she is just so damn good. I hope she gets in the Silver Ferns - surely she will?!
Ugh I think I have another coldsore. I have put cream on it and fingers crossed it doesnt come to anything but man its sore. I HATE the bastards.
Nothing really planned for today just REALLY need an early night!
Eating has been ok but really needs to improve! Have only got 3 days until weigh in and NEED that 900gms so time to pull finger!

- This time its going to happen
- Last year I lost 15.7kgs - this year I have put on 8kgs. Great. Its now going though! Sooo time for an update, this year I lost 24kgs and have put back on 7 - it is coming off by Christmas - I promise you that!
