24th July - Weigh in day!


Ok so a loss is a loss but I am dissapointed - with myself.

I have done bloody well Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday but not the other days. So I only had a 200gm loss - I know a loss is a loss but Im still angry with myself - makes for a REALLY next couple of weeks!

Yesterday was awesome, after work I met Brooke at the netball courts and we got straight into it. We did exactly what we did at training on Wednesday 3 x suicuide runs. For those that dont know what they are you start at the base line of the court run to the first line, back to the base, then to the second line then back to base, then to the 3rd line (which seems like a mile away) and then back to base. We did that 3 times overall at the start, but the first 2 times through we did 2 burpys (do you know what they are)? at EVERY line. Man it was hard work. So it was 14 burpies per suicide run and we did 2 lots of that so that is 48 and then a straight running suicide run.

Once we did that we did some work with the ball it was great, we really pushed each other hard! The sweat was dripping off us, man it felt awesome! We did that for quite a while, then did ANOTHER set of suicuide runs - but this time it was 4 sets. First set was straight running, then the second set was like the burpys one BUT instead of burpys we did 5 situps at every line, next one was straight running and the finial suicide run was with the burpys - damn hard work! But wow it was awesome, felt so good.

So then I was mad and went and played a game of netball AFTER all of that lol. And got taken out by my BITCH of a partner - she was so rough. Anyway I was knackered but kept going knowing that I wouldnt have a good loss this week (well I have if you count it from Monday because on Monday I weighed and I had gone back up to 74.5)!

My god my body is sore today, my thighs my tummy muscles (didnt realise I had them) my arms, my bum you name it it is bloody sore - but good sore though!

19th June - 87.8kgs - Loss 2.2kgs - Total loss 2.2kgs
26th June - 86.3kgs - Loss 1.5kgs - Total loss 3.7kgs
3rd July - 84.6kgs - Loss 1.7kgs - Total loss 5.4kgs
10th July - 83.9kgs - Loss .700gms - Total loss 6.1kgs
17th July - 83.7kgs - Loss .200gms - Total loss 6.3kgs
24th July - 83.5kgs - Loss .200gms - Total loss 6.5kgs

I know I can do this!

AWESOME HUN - a loss is a loos.. 6.5kg you are doing so well.. hmmmm if only i could say the same LOL

Keep it up.. that is a awesome work out last night.. might have to take DH to the netball courts he he

Sounds like a full on workout! Glad to see you have a training buddy - that really helps!
