Im rapt that is a huge weightloss - but Im naughty and a little dissapointed because I thought it might have been a bit more, I know that is terrible its just that the first week I lost 2.7kgs and didnt do a lot of exercise and didnt stick to it 100% - well this week I have done an UNBELIVABLE amount of exercise like hard out exercise and stuck with the good food ALL week, but I shouldnt complain because 2.1 is still a massive loss!
West out for tea tonight for a friends birthday, shes hitting 25 and a little worried about it - lol Im telling her not to worry - Im 26 this year and that to me feels old because I cant say early 20's anymore! Lol. Anyway theres 5 of us going out for tea and its 3 of the other girls that are going to Aussie so that should be good to see how it all goes. We wont really talk about it though because it wont be fair on Shanelle as shes the only one going tonight thats not going. So update on the night - there was the 3 of us that was all lol. And Shanelle came later so yeah, never mind was still fun! Liv, Choni and I talked about Aussie for a bit when it was just us 3 so that worked out good. I had nachoes - but only the snack size - and I didnt even eat them all! So I was proud. Had a cocktail though - oh well. Felt good at the time, but man later on I could tell Id eaten crap food!

Anything over 500gm in a week is EPIC. You should feel stoked.
And remember, the closer to get to your ideal weight the harder it is for your body to shift it. I think it's all about percentages...(like the biggest loser)...so although that *actual* weighloss this week was less than your first week, percentage wise it is better. (Does that even make sense!!???) I know what I'm talking about anyhow...LOL
