Man my thighs are sore from last night! But its a good sore!
I just did 17 burpys before at morning tea lol. Im going to try and do another 17 at lunch and then 17 at afternoon tea.
I HAVE to get to 78 by Aussie, and the way I was going this week it wasnt going to happen. So something changed in me on Tuesday and Ive been really good since then.
I just have to do this, I HAVE to.
Netball tonight, but its a sucky 8.45 game. Oh well, least its exercise right?
And Brooke and I are going to do the shuttle runs tonight so that will be good too.
So I hope I have a little loss this week, I know it wont be great since I was slack Friday-Monday! So that is only 3 days I have been good for - that is terrible. I only have 4 weeks to go so I have to pull finger.
