23rd June - Back on track



So today was a pretty good day, I knew Mum and Dad where coming around for tea and that I wanted dessert so I saved points and pretty much starved all day - but I got my dessert lol and boy was it nice!

Feel that I really need to pick up my water intake again, really slacked off there.

I have dropped Tuesday night netball now too, I know I shouldnt be dropping exercise but with my sore shoulder it was getting a bit hard all this netball - and plus it costs $16 for a Tuesday and I REALLY need that money for Britney!

Ive got a few things on Trademe at the moment so hopefully they sell which will go into my savings fund - I am doing SO well I really am so proud of myself!

Look at these 2 photos taken today - I reckon its all in the way you stand too, the second photo looks DISGUSTING! Well they both do but I reckon the 2nd one looks worse.

Don't be so hard on yourself! I think you look great. (I know you're not happy with your weight and I am happy to support you in your weight loss BUT)...don't forget you are a beuatiful woman and that weight is only ONE part of the picture.
Good work on saving points for dessert! Don't starve tho - if you need to comsume a small amount of points through a day - keep eating low and zero point foods - especially veges and fruit. A good salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, steamed broccoli, carrots, capsicum etc), with a zero point dressing with a few points of protein (chicken, tuna, cheese, nuts etc - even 1 or 2 points worth) and a banana will go a long way to keeping you on track. Stravation is NOT maintainable! (lecture over!)
