26th June - Weigh in day

Whooooho Im rapt! 1.5kg loss! That is 3.7kgs in 2 weeks!

Bring it on!

Last nights meet and greet actually went really well, some really nice people there - BUT I had to have a glass of orange juice and 2 of these yummy cranksy things they were small - but really bad for you I bet. I didnt have anything else though which Im rapt about.

Although - I got home and Dean had ordered pizza because we had a free voucher, thats ok though I only had one peice and one peice of garlic bread so I was pretty happy about that too.

Beef stirfry for tea tonight yum!

I think AF is on her way ugh, but hopefully it means that next week I would have gone down even more!

Netball was cancelled in the end last night the other team pulled out. Which was so annoying but I was kind of glad since it was such a late game. Although it means less exercise for the week which is a pain, I really need to go do shuttles tonight and practice my goals, hopefully this rain stays away though!

So all in all it hasnt be the greatest week because Ive done hardly any exercise and eaten a couple of things I shouldnt have - BUT I am still really proud of myself because that is still a good loss and I have been so good in so many other ways like eating breakfast and lunch etc every day! And treat wise I only had a few bad things ALL week - normally it was 3 or so treats A DAY!!!

Going to the All Blacks game tomorrow night, Im quite excited should be lots of fun! Hopefully the weather is nice though, would suck if it was pouring down as were in the Tui Stand! Front row though! Im guttered that Richard Kahui isnt playing though - he is so hot!

So bring on the weekend!

Good work you!
But, don't let a good loss go to your head.
We all seem to have a 'good' week in a month, and then some not so good ones. The biggest trap is to have a 'good' week when you've not actually been that 'good' and to think it might continue...keep focussed on your goals (900gm a week) and not the averages!
(speaking from one who's been there, done that, learnt that lesson!)
Lecture over!
But, BLOODY GOOD WORK!!!!
