24th June - Skincare starts NOW

I wanted to show my skin "before"

So I feel good, all back on track etc. Was sneaky and jumped on the scales today and I have gone down so Im pleased. So bring on Friday weigh day. Im dying to hear that people can see a difference so hopefully soon people start noticing.

REALLY need to get the water intake back up though - any ideas there?

Breakfast is still going well which is great because that is one thing I have struggled with in the past!

Man how cold is it today?! Its freezing! Ive got netball training tonight, I really need to work extra hard because since I only had half a game on Saturday and no netball yesterday my exercise has pretty much been non existant this week! At least Ive got training tonight and a game tomorrow. Actually I think I rememebr someone saying that we actually have a game tonight as part of our training - hope so!

I started a new face care routine today, Im cleansing, toning, moisterising twice a day - which is HUGE for me, Im normally a once a day moisterer girl and she'll be right type thing. But I have really noticed my skin going down hill so I really want to sort it out. Got to be looking my best for Australia!

Can you believe that in 9 weeks time today it will all be over, I will just about be on the plain to come home - great.

5 more sleeps until Britney tickets come out, seriously how am I going to cope if I dont get them? I think I'll die lol.

Water intake - make sure you have a glass before every meal.. it helps get it up

Skin care? What is that? I wash daily, in the shower, with soap. And never moisterise. Adn as for toning - whatever. I have (usually) great skin. I hate to tell you it's 90% genetic. You seem to have good skin tho, so don't stress too much about it. The real killers are sun, smoking and stress - eliminate (or reduce) those three and you're doing well.
Well done on the breakfast thing. I agree it's hard, but once you've been doing it for a while it does become second nature.
You are so good with your netball! With this weather I'd find 100s of reasons not to go. Although I have been good and going to (preg) AquaFit once a week and start (preg) Yoga in a month...winter is sooooo hard!
5 more sleeps - imagine how you'll feel when it's only one more sleep! Is there a pre-sale you're registered for?
Water - hmmmm - water before each meal is a great suggestion (and makes you feel fuller quicker, which is good). I used to have two big glasses before going to work (to start on the right foot, so to speak). Also, having a glass or bottle on your desk and re-filling everytime it's empty. If you use Outlook at work set yourself an hourly reminder to go and have a drink. If you struggle with 'cold' water try herbal teas (they count as water) or just hot water with a slice of water. If you don't like plain cold water get a big jug and throw some cut up fruit in it - and leave it to sit for a few hours - the flavour infuses and you get quite a nice flavour. If you REALLY need to get some diabetic (suger free) cordial and add that...the only problem is that although there is no suger - it does keep feeding the desire to have sweet drinks, rather than good ol' water.

Good luck for netball tonight. I'll be thinking of you when I am nice and warm in front of the heat pump...(not helpful I know!!)

Hahaha Ester you crack me up! Really is that all you do? Your skin looks fantastic! Im REALLY bad with the sun - never wear suncreen. Im so naughty - but all that is changing as of today, even the new moisteriser I brought yesterday is SP15 or something so I thought surely that is better than nothing! Well done on your exericise thats fantastic!

Haha yeah Im SO excited, yep its presales that come out on Monday 2pm, then the other ones come out on Wednesday, we SO have to get presales though - otherwise I reckon there is pretty much no chance.
