19th June - Weigh in day


Whoop whoop so happy right now! I was 87.8 this morning - so have lost 2.2kgs in my first week. I am rapt. Absolutly rapt. So 9 weeks to go and I want to be in the 70's so I have 7.9kgs to go - that is about 900gms a week, I KNOW I can do that if I put my mind to it - and at the moment my mind is sooo focussed its not funny!

Had a crap game of netball last night, we got dicked! But it was a good run around I guess and thats the main thing at the moment!

How cold is today?! Its freezing! I dont have anything on after work today so Ive got my gym gear with me and I'm going to go down to the netball courts after work do some shuttle runs and practice my shots - I told you it really is scary how dedicated I am!

Hi to Megs and E! You guys are the only ones that know about this blog and my weightloss - I really am trying to keep it a secret as am quite embarrassed how last year I lost 15kgs and then put back on 7!

So bring on the weekend, have got home made pizzas for tea tonight and Saturday night a roast at Mums yum! So should be good healthy wise and budget wise!

12th June - 90kgs
19th June - 87.8kgs - Loss 2.2kgs - Total loss 2.2kgs

You can totally do 900gm a week!

And don't worry about losing and putting back on....(says me and my 32 kgs - but I have an excuse now!)

I LOVE home-made pizza. I can't wait til this baby is out and I can have one with blue cheese!!
